Put intercom on coaches so passengers can here driver call out the various colour drop off points on return. Our driver was very indistinct calling out.

Very impressed with organisation. We were able to check in ourselves with no delay. The process was quick and simple. The picking up process was great, keys were picked up from machine that was again quick and easy to use. Car was waiting for us, so no delay.

Our flight was a little late arriving. When collecting our car key we were told to go to reception. We waited in a queue for over an hour at midnight in the freezing cold and wind to get our car key. We were a very unhappy group of people.
