Airparks Meet and GreetThis was not a professional service at all. It made me late on return and also I could have parked the vehicle somewhere else if I knew it was like this. When I initially arrived it was not meet and greet but more myself finding the staff. Never again!

Airparks Meet and Greetthis was a meet and greet service. on my return, the phone number which was given to me to call to arrange for the driver to meet me with my car was not working. I had to wait over an hour before my car was delivered. Another customer and myself were consistently trying to get through to the company to get out vehicles returned.

Airparks Meet and GreetPhoned exactly as instructed once bag obtained at arrivals. Supposed to be 10 minute wait but 50 minutes later the car arrived back. I’d have been home by then if I’d taken the train! Should be better communication - not leaving young kids standing in the cold.
