Terminal layout
Luton Airport has one terminal, which sees 9 million passengers go through its gates every year.
Terminal map
See Luton Airport’s official website for a map of the Terminal. Passenger Service Assistants are readily found across the airport, and are on hand to answer any queries you may have, any medical emergencies, and to keep track of what’s going on. You will find them in high visibility uniforms. You can get in touch with them via the red courtesy phones.
Check-in
Check-in desks 1-62 are found along the terminal wall opposite the entrances and exits. At the main terminal check-in you’ll find a host of facilities, including: Bureau de Change, a Food Village, cash ATMs, retail shops, toilets, and more. You will also find the Bag Drop desks in check-in too; if you’ve already checked-in in advance, drop off your hold luggage at the Bag Drop desks in check-in.
Leisure and family facilities
Baby changing
There are two toilet facilities in the main terminal check-in which have baby changing facilities; one is near the main terminal entrance, and the other is in centre of the terminal.
Shopping
Luton Airport has an array of shops ideal for all your travelling needs, with brands such as Boots, WHSmith, Victoria’s Secret, MAC, JD Sports, Dixons and Sunglass Hut to name a few. Luton Airport also offers a Shop & Collect service at selected stores, and you can collect your retail treats when you get back from your trip.
Food & drink
There are eateries throughout the airport - both before and after security, which include bars, cafes, takeaways and restaurants. Eateries include Frankie & Benny’s, Bella Italia, Burger King, Pret A Manger, Wasabi, and many more.
Business facilities
Business lounge
Ideal for work or pleasure, the luxurious Executive Lounge at Luton Airport is only £25.99. With its comfy armchairs, free WiFi and peaceful work areas, it’s the perfect place to get everything done before your flight - there’s even SnoozePods to get that very important pre-flight power nap in. The lounge is open from 4.30am everyday and access is for up to 3 hours.
Getting online & staying connected
Luton Airport offers free WiFi for 4 hours! Stay connected with love ones or surf the web whilst waiting for your flight. Any WiFi after 4 hours is an additional £3.00 per hour. There is also a handy printing service - useful if you need to print off any tickets or other important travel documentation. This is found in the Excess Baggage Company opposite Bar des Voyageurs. It is £5.00 per print job.
Special assistance
If you need Special Assistance for making your way round Luton Airport, there are specially trained Special Care Assistants who can help you. When you arrive to the terminal, head to the Special Assistance Desk (which is signposted). The Special Care Assistants can help you with getting you from the car park, carrying your luggage, getting through security, and getting on board the plane.
