My booking was prepaid but on arrival I was told to take a token as the barrier would not lift and then trying to exit I was asked to pay £462 for 1 weeks stay, I had to phone and explain that I had prebooked and paid for my stay, eventually I was allowed out??????

When we arrived at the carpark initially, the barrier did not recognise our license plate so we had to ask for assistance - after that everything went fine

When we arrived back at T3 multi-storey car park we were parked on floor 3 and no lifts were working. We are 65 and 69 years old and had luggage to carry up 3 flights of stairs which nearly killed my husband.

This was a terrible trip. I booked my parking with you under Ref CQPNKL, received your confirmation and payment of £65.49 was taken from my card account. I arrived at the T3 Multi-storey, obtained a token at the barrier and parked the car. My wife and I checked in and left for Spain. There I received an email from you to say that the booking had been cancelled ???? No reason given but I replied to the effect that we were already parked and could the problem be sorted out. Upon our return I had to pay £464 to enable me to leave the car park with my car. At 1am on Thursday, 3rd February, I had no alternative but to pay. Can you please refund this money to me by the quickest possible means. I can be contacted on and look forward to an prompt response.

Car park lift was out of order but mostly it was very poorly signed to T1, and required a staff persons knowledge to navigate. We worked it out for our return, but it was a labyrinth for a first timer. Road access directions were also vague. Manchester airport has changed lately and your directs need improving and updating.

Automatic number plate recognition did not work either way which added quite a bit of time and unnecessary stress at 5am. I have used before and never had any issues.
