Short Stay 1You could improve your system for leaving the car park as this was very poor indeed. We followed the instructions and inserted the car park ticket and it asked us to insert our credit card as it said that we owed £662. We rang for assistance only the man on the other end could not hear us. The other two lanes of the car park were having the same trouble so the car park was blocked. Eventually one of the other lanes got through to someone who helped them and we got to speak to them but we were there for a good 10 mins with queues of cars behind us which was very embarrassing. So not good service.
