You never answered your emails and never answered your phone and I needed to change my parking dates but because of your company I ended up with an extra £30 parking fee so very unhappy

Airport parking pre booked , simply picked up card at gate and exited with same at the end of stay. Convenient but expensive.

You could improve your system for leaving the car park as this was very poor indeed. We followed the instructions and inserted the car park ticket and it asked us to insert our credit card as it said that we owed £662. We rang for assistance only the man on the other end could not hear us. The other two lanes of the car park were having the same trouble so the car park was blocked. Eventually one of the other lanes got through to someone who helped them and we got to speak to them but we were there for a good 10 mins with queues of cars behind us which was very embarrassing. So not good service.
