What to do when you arrive:

Using the directions and address provided on your booking confirmation, make your way to the Holiday Inn Express, which is located within ten minutes of the airport. Park in any space and head inside to reception.

How to get to Norwich Airport:

You need to call the hotel on 01603 780010 24 hours before you arrive to request a transfer via the shuttle bus. This costs £2 per adult, and £1 for under 12s, each way. This shuttle bus doesn't run on sundays, but you can get a taxi for £6 each way.

What to do when you return:

Book your return shuttle transfer when you head inside to reception. When you land, simply wait for the bus to return to the same place you were dropped off, hop-on and return to your car.
