Using post code appearing on Booking Documents the Sat Nav repeatedly tried to take me into the Short Term Car Park. Eventually found Long Term Car Park but car number was NOT recognised at entrance; barrier dd not rise andI had to take a ticket to get it to do so. Expressed my concern to bus driver who explained that the was no 'Purple Parking'; it is now 'Holiday Extras'. On my return two days later had to contact Emergency to explain situation and be able to leave car park without paying again.

The man on the intercom said he needed the booking reference which I had to reverse and get out off the boot! I would have thought the car reg. would have been enough! Not good enough really.
