I travelled with my daughter and my father who has limited mobility. It was a very early start for us all and the meet and greet service was perfect for us. It started the holiday on the best possible note and the service we received was friendly and efficient. The only issue was finding the meeting point. We hadn't understood that it was inside the multi story carpark with is directly opposite the airport entrance. Thank you Carlos for your friendly greeting both at our early departure and when we got back.

The car was not waiting for us when we arrived back in Southampton. We were told the pick up time had been recorded as 22.05 in error; my booking clearly says 10.05

The service was good, the drivers polite and helpful BUT I am yet to receive the receipt for the extra £10 that I had to pay following the cancellation of my flight from La Rochelle on 18th, and the later arrival from Nantes on the 19th

I had to pay to get out of the car park. This was not obvious ,if there at all, in the information - whilst only £2 it was unnecessary annoying because I realised it could have been £10 or even £20 and what could I have done! The gentleman just left.

Normally I do not have a problem, however I had to wait just over 30 minutes before someone came to collect the car, I called just before 15 minutes to let them know and I was told someone would be there in 5 minutes. They then took someone elses car who had only turned up 5 minutes before they arrived, I really was not happy. I had paid to use the priority lounge so I could do some work prior to the flight but I spent a quarter of that time sat in my car in the car park.

The car was filthy and covered in dust and also I was surprised to be made to pay £2 at the exit. I was not over my time.

We were very impressed with your system and have no problems with the way you receive and deliver the car back to us. The only gripe we have is the state the car was in on its return. We picked the car up at Southampton at the indoor car park and wasn't able to see how dirty the car was. It had only been valeted two days before we travelled and when we returned home it was filthy as if it had been in a sand storm.
