What to do when you arrive at Southampton Airport Priority Parking:

The car park is on the airport grounds, a 1-minute walk to the terminal.

When you arrive at the car park your car registration will be read and recognised. The barrier will lift and you'll be given a ticket (keep it safe). Park in the priority area of the Short Stay car park and take the short walk to the terminal. You keep your keys so your car will be in the same place when you return.

After check-in, show your booking confirmation at the security search area and you'll be directed to a dedicated fast lane meaning you can skip the queues.

Electric vehicle charging

There are 2 charging points for electric vehicles at the rear of the car park near the exit barriers. They operate on a first come first served basis.

Accessibility

The priority car park is the closest to the terminal, so this option is ideal for travellers with reduced mobility.

There are Special Assistance Call Points linked to the terminal's service desk if you need to request help when you're at the car park.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 2 hours, at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £30 per day. Please note this is subject to change and the car park isn't taking cash, so you'll need to pay by card.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.2m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
