Very poor service from your agent red funnel ferries I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with them trying to sort an issue with Triangle car park in Southampton. They were clueless. Fortunately I located the phone number for customer service at Holiday Extras and the issue was sorted out immediately

We were cruising from Southampton and to Southampton. This is the first time we had used this service (usually book a hotel/parking package). This welcome was very friendly and car park convenient. The taxi service both ways was very efficient and communications throughout brilliant. Thank you

Good value for money, when we rang for the taxi to take us from the car park to the cruise ship they had no booking for us, however they sent a taxi which arrived within 5 minutes, however it was not big enough for the four of us plus luggage. They sent a bigger taxi within another five minutes. So despite the hiccups it was a very good service.

This is an excellent facility that we used whilst cruising from Southampton. Triangle Parking is well located for access to the Cruise terminals and we were quickly and efficiently transferred to and from our ship.

Excellent service and price. Followed the directions and instructions for parking and contacting taxi at port car park. Taxi arrived within a couple of minutes on journey to and from our cruise ship. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Efficient and timely. The West Quay driver who took us to the docks took cases from my car and put them in the cab and then lifted them from the cab at the dock terminal. On our return the West Quay driver loaded our cases and took them from the cab at the Triangle car park but left me to lift the cases into my car. A small point but I am 81

Excellent - the best and most efficient service anyone could wish for. Greeted by name on arrival, called taxi to take us to port terminal, taxi company texted the vehicle type and registration. Taxi arrived within 3 minutes - Fantastic !! Thank you and well done !

This was superb service. The taxi from car park to ship arrived even before we had got the cases out of the car and, on our return the taxi turned up as soon as we phoned. Brilliant service. thanks.
