Maple Parking Meet and Greet Southend Airport

What to do when you arrive:

Give Maple Parking a ring using the phone number provided on your booking confirmation, when you're fifteen minutes away from the airport. A driver will be despatched to the terminal, where they will be waiting for you when you arrive. Head inside the Short Stay car park at the terminal and hand your keys over to your driver, and provide them with your booking confirmation and return flight information. They will check your vehicle over for damage, and then whisk your car away to the Maple Parking car park.

How to get to Southend Airport:

Once your driver has collected your vehicle, it's just a short walk to the terminal from the Short Stay car park.

What to do when you return:

Once you've collected your luggage and are ready to set off for home, give the car park another ring to request the return of your vehicle. Head back to the Short Stay car park, where your driver will hand over your keys and you're free to set off for home.

Your vehicle will be moved to the Maple Parking car park, which is is well-secured and boasts the following security features:

• ✓ Manned 24-hours a day
• ✓ Fencing

Additional information:

• - Cars with 8 or more seats will not be accepted.
• - Only cars that fit into a standard-size parking space (2.4m x 4.8m) can be accepted.
• - If you are delayed collecting your vehicle, you will need to cover the cost of the extra parking time. This is charged at £10 a day, and will need to be paid at the car park.
• - This service is suitable for customers with limited availability as no shuttle buses are needed.
• - Long-based vehicles are subject to an additional supplement fee upon your arrival. This will equal half the total cost of your booking.
• - You have 15 minutes to exit the car park before you are charged, so call only once you're sure you're ready to go.
