What to do when you arrive:

Drop your car off in the arrivals lane and head inside to reception. Here, you'll need to show a member of staff your booking confirmation so you can check-in your vehicle, and hand-over your keys.You will receive a ticket - make sure you take good care of this, as you'll need it when you return. A professional driver will move your car to the secured car park.

How to get to Southend Airport:

This car park runs a transfer service to Southend Airport. Once you've checked your vehicle in at reception, head to the bus stop and wait for the shuttle to arrive. They run every 10-15 minutes, and take around 5 minutes to reach the terminal.

What to do when you return:

When you've landed back at Southend Airport, exit arrivals and turn right. Walk past the doors to departures and follow the path. Walk through the pedestrian gate of Long Stay 3, which will be the first car park you come across on the right hand side. Once you're at the pick up point by the ticket machine, call the number on the ticket you received when you checked your vehicle in, and you'll be told where to find your vehicle.

• - This car park cannot accept vehicles with 8 or more seats.
• - An additional supplement on arrival at the car park is required for long wheel-based vehicles. The supplement will be equal to half the total cost of your booking.
