What to do when you arrive at Ace Meet and Greet:

Drive to the 'Approved Operator' area in the Short Stay car park of the terminal you are flying from; you'll have to take a ticket at the entry barrier, make sure you keep hold of this as your Ace Meet and Greet driver will need it. When you get to the 'Approved Operator' area you'll be met by your professional driver.

How to get to Gatwick Airport:

You are just a short stroll from the terminal, no need to worry about transfers.

What to do when you return:

Once you have touched down back in the UK and have collected your luggage give Ace Meet and Greet a call (the number will be in your booking confirmation email) and they'll confirm where to meet you with your car.

Additional information:

  • There is a height restriction of 1.8m in the North Terminal car park and 2m for the South Terminal
  • Ace Meet and Greet can only accommodate cars that will fit into a standard 2.4m x 4.8m space
  • Ace Meet and Greet cannot accept vehicles with more than 8 seats, Aston Martins, Ferraris, Rolls Royces, Bentleys and Maseratis
  • At their discretion Ace Meet and Greet will give you up until midnight on the date you have booked to collect your car. If you go into the next day there is a charge of £10 per day.
