What to do when you arrive at I Love Meet and Greet:

When you are around 10 minutes away from Gatwick call I Love Meet and Greet to let them know you are on your way (you'll be provided with their contact number). Drive to the 'Approved Operator' area outside the terminal where you'll be met by your driver - just grab your luggage and hand over the keys, the driver will take care of parking your war for you.

How to get to Gatwick Airport:

It's just a short walk to the terminal from here, no need to worry about transfers!

What to do when you return:

Once you are back in the UK and you've collected your luggage, give I Love Meet and Greet a call and head to the 'Approved Operator' area where you dropped of your car; the I Love Meet and Greet driver will meet you there.

Additional information:

  • Cars with more than 9 seats or taxis cannot be accepted by I Love Meet and Greet
  • Your car will be stored in an open-air, tarmaced and secured site
  • Your car will be parked up to 8 miles from the airport
  • At their discretion, I Love Meet and Greet will give you up until midnight on your booked date to collect your car. If you go into the next day you will be charged £10 per day between April and September, and £5 per day outside of these months.

At an additional charge you can also get an exterior wash for your car while you're away - and some free chocolates for your drive home! Keep an eye out for the 'I Love Valet Parking' package.
