Very disappointed. Chose I Love to Meet and Greet drop off at parking location and have car brought to arrivals on return due to our flight arriving close to midnight. Also chose not to check-in any baggage to ensure a quick getaway. Now I ask myself why did I bother paying the extra money? Might as well have chosen standard airport parking and got the bus back to the parking location. Called the depot once through customs as directed and went to the pick-up location. We were first from our flight to get there. Then waited and waited and waited and watched literally everyone else on the flight [and many, many others] have thier car brought to them and leave, even people who had called a taxi from the airport. We were literally the only ones left. After half and hour I called I love to meet and greet back and they hadn't even registered my first call. I am so disappointed as the drop-off experience was perfect with the parking location very close to the terminal and I was expecting to and ready to give this service 10 plus out of 10. Now I wouldn't even give it one out of ten. Sorry i Love to Meet and Greet, but I don't love you and you have let me down.

The signposting at the drop off point was very bad. It was dark and a number of people dropping cars off could not find the entrance. The sign on the entrance was not illuminated. On my return, I called the number as instructed once I had collected my luggage. However I had to wait 15 mins in the freezing cold before my car turned up. Next time I'll call once I have landed and they can wait for me in a warm car.
