Totally unsatisfactory service, no instructions on confirmation email on where to meet at Gatwick, paid for valet parking and car wash upon arrival was advised my car hadn't been washed no explanation just that they couldn't do it and I would have make arrangements for a refund!!

Car was delivered nearly 25 minutes late and led to extreme tension about bag drop closing. Pickup was acceptable but still somewhat damaged by the arrival.

when you say the car will be 12 mins don't arrive after 23 mins and say nothing. And please don't mess with the settings like radio. It's not your car.

Put the car in for a valet which was fine. What I don't understand is why someone choses to make so much adjustment to the settings in the car - seat settings, steering wheel column adjusted, heating setting adjusted, setting on sat nav adjusted etc - why? This is not the first time either - but it is the first time that so many were adjusted.

The lounge access we paid for was a joke, we stayed for less than 2 minutes. Hardly any food and was in a mess. I had to take my children to Jamie's for breakfast. A total waste of money and a shame as Purple are usually great.
