Purple Parking Park and Ride Terminal 5Transfer from the car park to T5 took approx 40 mins as it went via T2/T3 and got caught up with the usual rush hour traffic. I would not book again for T5.

Purple Parking Park and Ride Terminal 5Collection driver at stand 30 T5 was quite honestly militant!! We had 9 cases between three of us to get on the bus and we have stood in the wrong place at the bust stop by about 20 feet or so. He dropped passengers off but would not move the bus forward a little and therefore we had to move all our cases when we were at the front of the queue. Everything else I’m happy with but this really did take the shine off the experience!!

Purple Parking Park and Ride Terminal 5Our flight was delayed into midnight + 30 mins no buses were running from Heathrow, we rang the number on your board the man told us our only alternative was to get either a taxi or get a bus he thought it was M9, that's not correct after asking some airport staff they pointed us in the right direction, we finally got to your facility at 2pm. We shall not be making any recommendations about your service, I'm glad I was traveling with my daughter otherwise I would have been a woman on my own travelling in the middle of the night which isn't very secute poor service all round

Purple Parking Park and Ride Terminal 5Please remember users for your service for the first time need clear instructions about how you use your service with booking confirmation. Clearer instructions and better guidance before boarding the bus to the terminal would be appreciated too

Purple Parking Park and Ride Terminal 5You now use 1 bus to drop at all terminals, I was heading for term 5 and because of traffic, M4 shut the congestion around all terminals was massive. Fortunately I had allowed plenty of time, had I gone with the 15 mins transfer time as advertised I would have struggled
