The Desalis

I booked a combi De Salis and Meet&Greet. This was the worst experience ever! I came to the M&G punctual, arrived to the reception to hear that I was in the wrong place, since they did not recognize my booking code. In the meantime, my car was already stucked between other cars. They told that somebody will move the cars so that I can leave the M&G car parking and drive to my car park at the indicated postcode. This took 15-20mins. Then, I drove to the postcode which brought me behind the parkings in the middle of nowhere. I followed again the instructions indicated in the confirmation email and eventually, I came back again to the M&G car parking where they did not even apologize and told me that for somehow reason the booking code was not in their system. Overall, I wasted one hour of time and almost lost my flight! The hotel was fine for one night..still possible to eat something even late and the receptionist was kind. Nevertheless, there was no WiFi and no internet reception in my room.
