I had paid for parking from the 29th December to the 2nd including a stay at the hotel. The booking did not include for parking at the hotel, which I had to pay for and the car parking booking didn’t include for the first day at the long stay parking, which caused delays on entry and needless stress on the first day of the holiday.

All went very well with no issues whatsoever and excellent value apart from the fact that that Premier inns charge £8 for parking for one night .I may use another hotel next time which does not

Meet and greet doesn’t actually exist, it’s just another car park a bit closer than the short stay one. A rip off if you ask me.

Let down by premier inn putting myself and wife in a room with an ajoining door and then being woken at hrs when occupants of this adjoining room got up supposedly for an early flight

The booking process was great and prices very competitive. It all fell apart when neither our Premier Inn or airport parking has actually been booked! Never received an apology from the 2 colleagues I spoke to to resolve it. Had to take time out on holiday to resolve it to ensure we didn’t have to pay twice for car parking on our return. I had to instruct your team to confirm my car park booking directly as they told me they “hoped� the system would have sorted it.
