What to do when you arrive at ACE Meet and Greet:
Drive to the Valet Parking car park at Birmingham Airport, giving ACE Meet and Greet a call when you are about 20 minutes away (the number to call will be included in your booking confirmation) to let them know you are on the way. When you arrive a the car park the entry barrier will issue you a ticket and you can drive in to meet your ACE Meet and Greet driver.
How to get to Birmingham Airport:
Once you have grabbed your luggage and handed your keys to the driver you can head to the airport which is just a 2 minute walk away.
What to do when you return:
When you are back from your holiday just walk back to the Valet Parking car park where the ACE Meet and Greet driver will be waiting with your car and a ticket to let you exit the car park.

The drop-off car park cannot fit vehicles higher than 7ft, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, or trailers.
ACE Meet and Greet can only accept cars that fit into a standard parking space of 2.4m x 4.8m and you'll be charged extra if your car is too large.
