Terminal layout
Bristol Airport has one main terminal, which makes planning your trip through the terminal all the easier. The terminal is well equipped and spread across three floors. Arrivals and check-in desks are located on the ground floor, security and the departure lounge is located on the first floor and a food court is available on the upper mezzanine.

Check-in
Check-in is located on the ground floor. Upon entering the terminal, please refer to the screens for information on where to check in. It is recommended that you arrive at check-in at least two hours before the scheduled departure of your flight. However, this should be double checked with your airline, as check-in times may vary depending on your destination.
Leisure and family facilities
Baby-changing
Baby-changing facilities are located throughout the terminal, within or near the ladies' toilets.
Pushchairs
It is not a problem to take your pushchair through security but you will need to take your baby out of it while the pushchair is screened or examined.
Please be aware that if your flight is boarding at Gates 8 and 16 there is a flight of stairs to deal with.
Baby milk
It is now possible to take more than the standard 100ml of baby milk and food through security, provided that the amount is suitable for the length of your journey.
A Superdrug is located in the departure lounge where it is possible to restock on baby essentials. Superdrug also run a pre-order service, meaning you can collect your food, milk and nappies immediately after clearing security. Simply call Superdrug on 01275 475565 at least seven days before you travel.
Play areas
A small children's play area can be found within Burger King. It includes an activity table of games and television screens displaying fun cartoons for kids.
Information desk
You will find the airport information desk on the ground floor opposite the check-in desks and next to WHSmith.
Shopping
Before security, you will find a WHSmith, Moneycorp and a Flying Visit for basic groceries. After security, alongside World Duty Free, you will find Superdrug for toiletries and baby products, Claire's Accessories for children's jewellery, Dixons Travel for all travel technology essential and a WHSmith books - ideal for picking up last-minute holiday reads.
These shops should be open at whatever time you are travelling through Bristol Airport.

Food & drink
Fancy a coffee while you're checking-in? You will find a choice of two cafes before security - Caffe Ritazza and Soho Coffee Co. After security, you will find a range of cafes, bars and restaurants from sit-down table service at Dexters to the fast-food classic Burger King. The Wine & Deli Bar provides an excellent continental menu ranging from breakfast, small plates and sharing platters to afternoon tea.
Bristol Airport has a number of food and drink options if you are travelling with children. Kids' menus are available at Dexters and Bar Zero9. On top of this, all restaurant facilities at Bristol are able to provide high chairs and offer baby food and milk warming facilities. Just ask a member of staff for details.
Business Facilities
Business lounge
Consider booking into the Aspire Lounge is you want to enjoy some peace and quiet in a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. It offers free WiFi alongside complimentary drinks and snacks. Separate business and family zones mean that there is little chance of being disturbed while you relax.
The Aspire Lounge is located in the departures lounge between Dexters restaurant and Bar Zero9. Length of stay is typically limited to three hours. Children are permitted entry into the lounge but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Getting online & staying connected
You can benefit from high-speed WiFi while at Bristol Airport. Internet access is free for the first 30 minutes.
If you require internet access, but do not have a mobile device, internet desks are available throughout the terminal both before and after security.
You can print at one of the printing desks located in the check-in area. Printing carries a minimum charge of £3.00 and is priced at £1.00 per sheet of A4 thereafter.
Special assistance
If you require special assistance when travelling through the airport, this should be arranged directly with your airline, tour operator or travel agent at least 48 hours in advance of your departure. Please make them aware of your requirements.
