Car park spaces are narrow and often vehicles straggle into next space. This isn't checked and often abused

Clearly marking the buses Jet Parks 1 .. I got on the bus which toke me and dropped me at Long Stay Parking 1 which is Miles away. I spent the next hour walking around a car park looking for my car ...the bus drivers just chuckled to them selves and didn't help .. I ended up having to go to the barrier to call someone who eventually explained I was in the wrong car park ...did he offer to help with transport.. No ! Just directed me which was half a Mile away ... after a long flight which was delayed it was the last thing I needed .. but I walked it with my cases .. Also where my car was parked I found that someone had put a dent in my front wing with there door.. Needless to say that's the last time I use Jet Parks or any Long stay car park ..

Generally all very good. One small point, to get from the car to the Bus Stop on arrival, quite a lot of rough terrain to cross. But tricky with children.

We weren’t quite sure where exactly we were supposed to park. It appeared to be quite a distance from the airport terminal, but, as soon as we parked the coach pulled in and picked us up, and wasted no time delivering us to the terminal. Exactly the same happened as we exited the terminal after landing. There was a coach in, and a long queue of people waiting to be taken to the car parks. They were most disappointed to find that it was exclusively for Purple Parking users. We were highly relieved, and back at our car in no time. A very good service. Thanks.

People parking well apart so struggled to find reasonable space. Car scratched, presumably, by suitcase, well arch scraped. Barrier not working on exit!!

Jet parks 1 East midlands Airport. Barrier failed to raise on way in to the car park pressed the intercom and took 25 minutes to answer. On the way out there were 2 cars in front of me and trying to exit and had the same issue on exit pressed intercom waited 50 minutes to exit the carpark at 4am
