The number given to advise of a flight delay did not connect with my phone, plus being a premium number from abroad there was no way my mobile was going to make that connection.

When you are told the flight nr and time to be 22.55 and that I would like to pay to pay until 04:00 to allow for any delay, work out that the 04:00 relates to the day after the 22:55 flight!!

Better directions to parking area once you arrive on site. We followed the fast track signs on the road but these took us to the wrong place.

Nothing really to improve on this booking. Car park is directly opposite the terminal. Beats having to wait for off airport tranfers and I will definitely use this car park again.

At Liverpool Car Park instructions to park should include enter lift and go down to ground floor for the Terminals. There is no indications on the lift buttons.

Have used several 'off' airport sites in Liverpool but find the Multi Storey car park to be the most convenient and not as costly as you might suspect especially if booked with Purple Parking
