How it works - arrival at London City Airport
When you're en route to London City Airport and about 20 minutes away from the terminal, give the car park a call to let them know you're on your way. It's important to do this, because you could end up with a fine if your car spends too long in the car park.
Once you arrive at London City Airport, drive to the on-site car park (it used to be called the Long Stay car park). There is a barrier at the entrance and you will need to take a ticket to get in. Once inside, park in an available space. You will be met by a uniformed Greet and Go driver who will collect both your keys and the ticket from the barrier.
All you then need to do is unload your luggage and to the terminal, which is less than 5 minutes away.
How it works - return to London City Airport
It's just a short walk from the drop-off zone to the terminal, you'll be there in about 2 minutes!
When you land back in the UK, give Greet and Go a call to let them know you are back. Once you've collected your luggage, walk across to the on-site car park you'll once again be met by the Greet and Go driver who will return your car to you.
In addition, you will also also be given a ticket in order to exit the car park. There will be a fee payable before you can leave the car park. If you leave within 10 minutes of arrival, then this is
£3.20. If your car leaves within 29 minutes of arriving at the car park, then this fee increases to
£7.50.

Important things to remember
Please make sure you provide your flight number when you book, as otherwise there could be a delay in returning your car to you.
You should arrive as close to your stated arrival time as possible. Otherwise, there is a risk you may be charged a £30 waiting fee if you are more than 20 minutes late.
Please make sure you remove all valuables from your car before you leave it, as the car park will not be held responsible for anything left behind.
