What to do when you arrive:
Head to the Premier Inn at Terminal 4 and head inside the car park, taking a ticket at the barrier. Drop your car off in the drop-off area and then head to the parking desk to check your vehicle in. Here you'll need to leave your keys with a member of staff, so a professional driver can park for you.
How to get to Heathrow Airport:
Once you've handed in your keys, take the lift to the second floor of the Premier Inn and walk to Terminal 4 via the covered walkway, which should take around 10 minutes.
What to do when you return:
When you return, make your way back to the Premier Inn via the walkway and take the lift back down to the car park. Your car will have been brought back here in time for your return.
Security features:
Once you've dropped off your car, it will be moved to Purple parking's nearby secured car park, which offers the following security features:

Additional information:
- - There will be members of staff on hand to offer assistance with luggage or your walk to the terminal.
- - You must ensure your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a current MOT certificate, and is fully roadworthy. Purple Parking will refuse your vehicle if it is not safe or legal to drive, and you will not receive a refund.
- - Purple Parking can only accept cars that fit into a standard size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m), and there is a height restriction of 2.1m. You will be eligible for an extra charge if your vehicle is too large.
- - Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats cannot be booked into this service.
