Airparks Self Park at Luton AirportInformation prior to arrival was very thorough including directions and the procedures that we would need to undertake on the day of departure and arrival. Signposted well and very swift when we arrived. Had arrived, parked and boarded the shuttle bus within 5 minutes. The shuttle took about 10 minutes. Would thoroughly recommend and great value.

Airparks Self Park at Luton AirportThe pick up process was very disorganised and stressful. We called to check bus timing and a different bus came first to the correct bay which caused confusion. Then not everyone could fit on the correct bus and those that had waited longest were no longer at the front of the queue.

We had to drive our car to the middle of no where in the car park, where the only light was someone’s van with their lights on, then had to walk all the way a good 10 mins in poring rain to the bus shelter through massive potholes filled with water in the dark. I fell into one and twisted my ankle and was soaked all over before my flight and it was absolutely freezing. we had to wait out there till a bus came. Will never book that again Very disappointed with purple Parkin we normally can wait in the area where we hand in our keys just seconds from where we park our car. This is the worst experience I’ve had yourselves I was in a right state before my flight when I should’ve been happy looking forward to my holiday Lynette Lancaster

Airparks Self Park at Luton AirportStop charging exorbitant prices for delayed arrivals especially in times like these during the pandemic where a lot of circumstances cannot be foreseen. Contracted Covid and as such could not fly back to London. My booking could not be amended for a booking in progress, but I will I be stead be charged 20GBP per day. Despite being a loyal customer since getting a car, I shall not use your services any longer for this reason.
