Smart Meet and Greet

What to do when you arrive at Smart Meet and Greet:

When you are about 40 minutes away from Luton Airport give Smart Meet and Greet a call to confirm your arrival time (the number will be in your booking confirmation). Park in the Multi Storey car park in the Meet and Greet area, you'll need to collect a ticket at the barrier which you can give to the Smart Meet and Greet driver along with your car keys.

How to get to Luton Airport:

Once you have given your keys to the professional Smart Meet and Greet driver and you've grabbed your luggage it's just a 5 minute walk to the airport, no need to worry about transfers.

What to do when you return:

When you return from your trip and you are waiting for your luggage give Smart Meet and Greet a call to let them know you are back, head back to the Multi Storey car park where you'll be met with by a Smart Meet and Greet driver with your car.

Security features:

The Smart Meet and Greet driver will move your car to a secured car park with the following security features:

• CCTV
• Regular staff patrols
• Perimeter fencing
• Entry/Exit barriers
• Floodlighting

Additional information:

There is a height restriction at the car park of 2.1m

If you are delayed then the car park will cover any exit fees for up to 15 minutes; if you are delayed longer than this then there will be additional charges.

The ground around the car park is uneven which may make it difficult for customers with limited mobility.
