Birmingham Airport Disabled Parking
Birmingham Airport (BHX) provides designated Blue Badge bays across all its official on-site car parks, including Car Parks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7. It is recommended to pre-book parking where possible, as accessible bays can fill up during busy periods.
Blue Badge holders are entitled to up to 30 minutes free in the Premium Set Down area, which is located directly outside the terminal. To receive this concession, you must visit the on-site customer service cabin with your Blue Badge and vehicle registration to have your stay validated. If you remain longer than 30 minutes, standard charges will apply. The airport also offers Special Assistance services within the terminal, which should be arranged in advance, ideally at least 48 hours before departure.

Baby milk
It is now possible to take more than the standard 100ml of baby food through security, provided that this is for the sole purpose of your journey. Make sure you make the security officer aware of this and please be aware, you may be asked to taste your baby food.
If you want to restock on supplies after security, Boots have a range of baby essentials including milk, nappies and wipes. These supplies can also be pre-ordered online via Boots' website and made available to collect in the departure lounge shop. Orders must be placed several days in advance of travel.
