Birmingham Airport Disabled Parking
Birmingham Airport (BHX) provides designated Blue Badge bays across all its official on-site car parks, including Car Parks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7. These spaces are positioned close to lifts, pedestrian exits and terminal walkways to reduce walking distances. Blue Badges must be clearly displayed at all times. It is recommended to pre-book parking where possible, as accessible bays can fill up during busy periods.
Blue Badge holders are entitled to up to 30 minutes free in the Premium Set Down area, which is located directly outside the terminal. To receive this concession, you must visit the on-site customer service cabin with your Blue Badge and vehicle registration to have your stay validated. If you remain longer than 30 minutes, standard charges will apply. The airport also offers Special Assistance services within the terminal, which should be arranged in advance, ideally at least 48 hours before departure.
