Contacting the telephone numbers given was a nightmare. All three numbers reported 'out of service' or 'number unavailable' on the first two or three attempts

Your check in desk should advise people they should ring a number when they arrive. I didn't know and when I came back, my car wasn't waiting and the desk clerk basically just said not my problem, ring the number. I then waited 40 minutes to get my car whilst hearing how he moaned to a colleauge about all those people who didn't ring the number... Guess your check in process lacks guidance? Why have a flight number if you don't have the car waiting? I and 4 other people stood there for some time, so guess it wasn't just me being silly as I was made to feel by the clerk. Would I use this again? No, never again

returned with very muddy wheels and wheel arches front number plate covered in mud and mud on the carpet this can be proven from the on board camera footage I have viewed showing it parked in a field

I need to email through a concern as when we got back the boot liner (covering the back 2 seats - it’s a 7 seater car) had been taken out - as it had been out back in the wrong way. Not sure why (there would be no need) or what happened to the car when we were away? It leaves a lot of concern ...

I had to come back home earlier than the return date and I waited more than 1 hour to get my car back, although I couldn't call due to my illness, but waiting for more than 1 hour was far too long. The improvement needs to be made as if a customer returns home earlier without the phone call, the waiting time for the vehicle should atleast 30 minutes the most (not more than 1 hour)...

directions to the drop off point were confusing . When entering Terminal 2 short term parking Meet and Greet is highlighted on the left hand entrance ( to Level 1 ) , however your parking is described as Off Airport . This should be clearer on the website , as i by default followed the Short term parking directional signage to the wrong location ( at a cost of £13.00 to exit and re-enter ) !

Really emphasise that on arrival at the car park you must NOT follow the Heathrow Meet & Greet signs, but go to Level 4.

We booked with FlyDrive. It was not clear where to go once in the car park. it would be helpful if the signage was clearer and stated the name of the company. We went to the wrong floor , had to exit the car park and had to re-enter. It was quite stressful. Once we got to the right floor it was very straight forward.

You gave me the wrong postcode and directions. You sent me to terminal 5, not 2. Luckily I followed the signs otherwise I would have been very lost. The person who dropped her car off after me complained about the same thing.

Although I booked an extra day in error, so arrived back from holiday early, it should not have taken one hour and 39 minutes to retrieve my car, especially after being told it was on its way after just a fifteen minute delay and that inaccurate info being repeated three times during my wait.
